I won two auctions for chips from debzsales13, Gary Sanders from Hoschton, CA. These were new issue $1 chips, only $4 each. The seller mailed both chips in a plain envelop, the chips were inside a plastic holder that is used for baseball cards, but was not taped close and one of the chips got loose from the plastic holder and into the envelop. Along the way someone removed the chip from the envelop or maybe it was just forced out while being handled. There was a slit on the side of the envelop just large enough for the chip. The seller refused to make good on the missing chip. An eBay case was opened and eBay issued me a refund. The warning is the seller does not use adequate mailing materials and will not make good when the item does not arrive.
