Phil and I bumped into each other at a Savers Thrift store some time ago here in Vegas. In his shopping cart, he had a copy of that book that he found in the book section. As a collector with a niche interest in Nevada casino Bi-Centennial 'stuff' we got to talking about the book. When we parted that day, he allowed me to purchase the book, as he already had a copy, and because he is a very nice and sincere guy!
