Let me say something about the tips on cooking. I do pretty much everything wrong, so I'm not being critical. The site says too hot, well maybe I want my eggs brown on the edge. Another site says don't flip the eggs, use a spatula, avoid breaking the yoke. I like the yolk cooked and broken is just fine.
