There was a link to a published list of U.K. clubs in the 1960's posted here or prior on Travis' Listserve between 1997 and 2000. The author's name I think was Mellen, who specialized in U.K. fruit machines (slots/tokens) that I'm trying to locate... It was a pretty extensive list with, of course; many club names that were unknown except for locals in many cases and, I remember one comment where someone in the Midlands said he remembers over ten clubs in the street where he lived. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
