Is there any documentation to back up the meaning of the CHM monogram when the metallics do not have the monogram

Here is an older MOP with the CHM

Also, I had to request in the past that some of the CHM chips be removed from Cuba...

Even if we discount the eBay seller's ID, we are left with two different names for the CHM monogram.
