Although I'm LM 104 I requested that number because of the 1040 member number. I don't have any checks or applications, but I know that I found the club in a poker player magazine that someone gave me at the bowling league. "Hey, don't you collect casino chips? There's a club for that" (that's not a direct or exact quote)

At the rate the club was growing back then, I can't be far behind for my new pin?
