Myself, Chris (from Spinettis) and Brian Keifer have an interesting story about these that I could make a video about if I just remember the information.
They are all indeed brand new. So sharp that they're hard to get into an airtite all the way, let alone being a Christy and Jones chip making it about 1mm larger than a Paulson. I don't think I've ever seen a used one, but they were used on the casino floor at one point. If I remember correctly the dealers hated using them because it made doing payouts so complicated because it was a denomination that they had never used before. They were so used to $1s, $5s, $25s and $100s at the time. Throwing in something like a $20 chip made things complicated if someone were to hit blackjack or something similar.
I'll have to talk with them about it again and I can make a video about it unless Brian jumps on here and explains it in more depth.
