When I was in Moscow at the Cherry Casino I was cashing out when I noticed a few 5 Ruble chips in the cashiers rack. I had never seen those on the tables so I went back got another chip from the table and when cashing out again I asked to be given the 5's. Since the ruble was 33 to the dollar that chip was worth around $.15. They used the 100 as the minimum bet on the tables. Pic from the Chipguide.
