Unless you find the actual chips that match the graphics, I would not discount that outfit either bought in bulk from USPC or some distributor and printed labels of a company that did not exist with a graphics close enough to the actual USPC product in the box... but, let's hope that is not the case and you discovered at least 2 more variations of existing codes that were made for that outfit or whomever they bought from..
