As long as there's passionate collectors of gaming memorabilia the hobby will persist. I'm happy to see David, a passionate collector 1st and foremost, as President. I'm sure he'll take it in the right direction, I hope he hears you Westen. I will proudly continue to pay my dues either way.
I've been in this game for 25 years and I'm more passionate about the hobby than ever. All those years ago I remember going to our Colorado Club meetings with 20 to 30 members showing up and having a grand ole' time buying, selling, trading, learning and more importantly making friends!! Fast forward to this coming Sunday and the CO club or what's left of it, is meeting to discuss disbanding because no more than 2, 3 people show up for that same meeting. There's no one there to pay dues, let alone collect them and that my friends, is a sad day in the hobby.
