I want to say that I usually enjoy your posts here. I've bought chips from you and chatted with you a couple of times at the
convention. You seem like a straight shooter. With all that said, I have to ask... Why are you making all of these casino chip reproductions?
In my opinion... I think they are really bad for the hobby. I know that you sell them as reproductions, but you have to think that down the line these are going to cause people to be tricked into thinking that they were made at least when the closing date is shown printed on the inlay.
Are you submitting all of these repros to the guide as you make them? I don't know... just seems like a waste of time to me. This one pictured below looks like a used chip with a well-played/worn inlay printed on it. Sorry to get into your business but I wanted to voice my opinion. Please let me know how you see these fitting into our hobby in the future...
