As I said I would put it on here, here it is.
Not a great photo but (so far) the only one known although I will still keep looking, hoping for a better one.

There is nothing else that needs to be said about this or any other one so I will leave it at that except to say that it has been sent to the guide.
Hopefully this thread won't get ruined by irrelevant comments concerning other, similar plaques.
