I didn't know that the traffic to LV was that busy on a Friday. I-15 usually looks pretty clear when I'm going to Primm. Unless you mean the segment just getting out of LA onto the open roads?
Casinos charge for parking now, that's still something I can't accept. No car might be a benefit? But there are still those "resort fees" for things that are usually free in most of the rest of the country.
