I asked some questions which were read out on my behalf at last week's meeting.

There was a verbal response of "David deserves answers but we don't have them"

The questions were subsequently sent to SNCCC BoD members at least once but I've still had no response so here are the questions again:

A couple of months ago I was asked by a CCA (and SNCCC) member to provide detailed accounting for the CCA convention to substantiate comments I had made at the Annual Meeting. That was a valid request and the information was duly provided.
So, as an SNCCC member, I am utilising my right to ask for similar information. A copy of the latest accounts, a transactional statement for the September show, and any explanation as to the dramatic fall in the club’s bank balance.
I am also asking for a copy of the articles of association/constitution/byelaws, specifically those parts which demonstrate that this current election is being handled lawfully.

Finally I’d like to point out another anomaly to set the record straight. At a previous meeting, when questioned, President Vergatos indicated the CCA had been offered a free table at the SNCCC show and had declined.
That is categorically untrue. An offer was made for the CCA to pay full price for a table ‘before it was too late’. There was a suggestion this table could be traded for rental of display cases but at no time was any concession offered over the full price of the table despite the CCA BoD requesting it be considered.
