We returned from a cruise last night, Thursday, November 10th. After reading recent comments on the ChipBoard and watching the video of the November 8, 2022 SNCCC Meeting, we feel we must tender our resignation as SNCCC Election Co-Chairpersons. We cannot, in good conscience, continue conducting the 2023 SNCCC Election. Our reputation as honest, ethical and fair individuals is at stake. Per Jerry Vergatos’s November 3, Email, the SNCCC ballots were to be sent to all SNCCC members via Email and “snail mail”. We now find that was not done. We were not aware of the SNCCC’s status with the State of Nevada, being a 501-C7 organization and are not familiar with the laws regarding such an organization’s elections.

We also conduct the annual CCA Elections, and want the CCA membership and Officers, as well as the SNCCC members, to know we take our responsibilities very seriously.

Please advise the name, mailing address and Email address of the SNCCC member to receive the SNCCC ballots. We will forward ballots received by us, either via snail mail (unopened) or Email to that person.
