I am asking the Board of Directors to open a new Ethics Violation case against Rich Burgel for his libel of Jerry Vergatos. Whoever that person on the CCA might be - I'm pretty sure they read these posts. Not the first Ethics Violation against Rich, by the way. A fine way to "repay" Jerry for having named Rich as Publicity Director of the CCA.
