Correct, this election is only being sent out via email and no snail mail and it is my belief that many members ( like my daughter who is a fully paid up member) have not given the SNCCC their email or you might have an old one on file so that's why you did not see the email.

I suggest you get your email to Gregg if you did not get the SNCCC email today that was sent out around 9:30am LV time - no email no vote!

I asked questions about this as all of our renewals come via snail mail. I asked them (the Board) already why not and I got the basic answer that this was how the election was to be run. So I respect ( if I don't agree with their decision) and I am highlighting this to all. I also suggest once you get the email read what I want to do with the club then come along on Tuesday and ask me questions.

We need votes and active members. For me an election should engage everyone and maybe bring back old members who let their membership lapse, maybe I am wrong but that is my belief.
