As it's not on the guide or in the book I assume that it hasn't been found or seen before although obviously somebody may have one and they haven't shown it but if so it is not common knowledge as far as I am aware.
Pity about the condition as it needs a good clean. Please do not put on the guide (unless you can clean it up digitally).

As far as I can tell, there aren't any 2nd issue roulette chips without inserts so it opens the door to there possibly being more the same.
It looks purple but I suppose it could be brown although I'll stick with purple. I'll know more if/when I manage to clean it (carefully).
The hot stamp actually looks better on the photo than in "real life" which makes a pleasant change.
