Casino Shot Glass of the Day

Today we have 3 examples from Cripple Creeks Brass Ass Casino. One of the original casinos to open in Cripple Creek on Oct. 1st, 1991. The Brass Ass remained open until Aug 23rd, 1994, only to reopen on June 22nd of 1996 as a larger remodeled casino by expanding into the bldg. next door. The Brass Ass has since grown to occupy the remainder of the bldgs. to the corner. The Brass Ass's pit in now located in the bldg. originally occupied by the Bowl of Gold Casino (yesterday's feature) which went on to be Creeker's casino. A couple of pics below show the original Brass Ass bldg. and one of from 9/92 of the Bowl of Gold and another of its successor, Creekers casino in 8/05 showing the Brass Ass to the right, which now occupies this corner. Also note these photos were taken by long time CCGTCC member and friend of mine, Ken Fisk. He passed several years ago and is still very missed.
