This is the LAST time I will EVER ship a chip that I sold on in a NON-MACHINEABLE SURCHARGE envelope. Another chip the buyer claims they never got it. I try to save the buyer some postage and since it does not include tracking, I have no proof that it was delivered. This in now about 10 out of 20 envelopes. I have to eat the postage, envelope cost, Safe-T-Mailer cost and I am out the chip(s).
Does this only happen to me?
