Sharp chip.

If I had designed the ROULETTE mold I would have placed the incused lettering closer to the ring: further away from the edge to help reduce edge breaks into the incused letters.

That's the part we are not too sure of.
Most likely Paul-Son made. But can be tested.
The Lucayan Beach was closed from '76 to '86 ~~~~~
