Was that exact unit or an exact copy of that unit submitted to gaming or was there some sort of request from someone asking for a variation of color(s) or graphic(s) and, if not; why is the term "prototype" mentioned and, if not a request from the customer and the manufacturer decided to test colors and depth of incused lettering or structure or any "variation" of a unit ordered, does the hobby believe any in-shop variation of a requested unit that did not have to be considered for submission to gaming or presented to a customer for use in a casino be listed in TCR... and, if such was the case, is any unit not intended for use in a casino expected to be listed in TCR -- no matter how many in-shop and non-requested different variations of an order are made?
Who; in-shop, would submit non-casino chips to TCR and for what reason -- especially if unique ["one of a kind"]?
