~~~ though I think Nappy III had some silly rule that if one letter in a monogram depicted a Cercle or Casino name or a name of a city, department or whatever, it had to have a horizontal shading but, it doesn't appear too manh folks followed that and did whatever they wanted.

I'd like to see these rules I hear about... especially that a 20F had to be RED...
