It sure doesn't look real. Not in ChipGuide, no location, inexpensive manufacture, etc. On the other hand it claims to be a $100 chip and not a NCV and uses the actual logo of the Luxor. The Luxor did have the show "Hairspray" in 2016. An odd chip for someone to make other than the Luxor so maybe it's a real $100 chip. Opinions?
