Never got to see the original CCR (w/John Fogerty), but saw what's left of them, Creedence Clearwater Revisited, a couple of years ago; their music still holds up. The only original band members at that time were the drummer and the bass player. They opened for Kansas; the only original members of Kansas at that time were...you guessed it...the drummer and the bass player.
