I will be going to AC on Thursday and will check out Smithville Inn facility. I did look at Holiday Inn some time ago and the meeting room was very small and was set up classroom style for a conference. Don’t think they had enough table space for our group.

Was not aware of meeting space available for group meetings at the Garden State Parkway service area test stops but will look into that too.

Smithville Inn sounds promising. I am waiting for a call back from the banquet manager, but so far I have heard that meeting space needs to be included with a luncheon menu…. which may be doable depending on price.
