I took the water taxi from/to my hotel and the casino. Always ask for the price before getting on board, if you ask afterwards they'll get as much as they can from you. There is an admission fee to get in the casino and you have to bring your passport with you. Visiting the Venice casino is expensive, before you make your first bet.
