I am in the same boat as you. I have several Octagons that I would like to take out of the plastic sleeves I have them in. I was looking around at some coin supplies and saw this. If my thinking is correct you can pop out the black center but just not sure what the actual dimensions of a octagon are since I don't have any near me.
