These chips have been around PCF for quite some time. One distinction is that it uses the Flamingo Vegas logo, but states that the chip is from Reno.

It's the little things that make it easy to notice the difference of a real and "fantasy" relabeled chip. Also... I don't think Nevada would ever use a white for a $5 chip.
