Neither one of these chips had anything to do with the USO. The first chip was from Kessler AFB officer's club " OC " The second chip is from Keflavik Air Base, Iceland. Open mess probably the base NCO Club. Both these chips are real gaming chips. The USO sponsored many great base activities. In fact I will always remember the 2 Bob Hope Christmas USO shows in Vietnam 1968 & 1969. But they never got involved in real gambling activities.
