The 4Q LEs are amusing, but I never collected LEs to start with. I just signed up for a new issue service because it was fun to get new chips as they came out. After I saw them just stacking up in the drawer, I decided that was enough fun.

Yes I can see the pitfalls of someone wanting one or two and not a whole set. I doubt that any are "rare" or high value.

Personally I think Oscar should buy them all, because he started late. 😉 Or someone new to collecting who needs an instant fill of older new issues, in like new condition.

Time to do some sorting and scanning...
