First of all I'm not angry. I'm basically a very easy going and compassionate person. But nothing bothers me more then incompetence, complacency, cronyism, and lack of leadership. That's what I and many others see happening at the management level of the CCA.
Secondly competition is good, it builds character, strengthens unity and provides focus.
Leadership is the glue that binds any and all successful organizations. Without leadership you have chaos.
I spent literally my entire adult life in leadership and top level management positions. I KNOW WHAT LEADERSHIP LOOKS LIKE !
