Most of that time was taken up with getting the convention together and putting on this election. Which of those policies bothered you? I have only heard positive things about the convention from people who actually went. Considering that COVID is still around, and people at the convention actually came down with it afterwards, it is not surprising that numbers may have been a little down, especially after the effort by certain SNCCC members to convince people not to go. I'm sure there will be no similar effort to convince people not to go to the SNCCC show and I hope it's a success. A Fall show is a good thing for the hobby.
And the last election which Jerry won had only 243 voters. No significant difference. Still a tiny minority of the members. People have been complaining about the small voter turnout for at least 15 years, and probably much longer.
I'm not sure why you are so angry, but I hope you can focus on the fun of the hobby itself and let this go.
