My understanding is that 374 of them were ran by accident in 2005 in a run of 20,000 chips after they forgot to remove the Harrah's mold from a previous job. They recovered all but 2 of them at the quality control stage. The 2 would have ended up at the casino
in the 20,000 order, but this one was found at the time and pulled from play in case it was counterfeit. A pit boss checked it out and took it home. It changed hands a few times and now I have it. The other one was never found.
