One month till our annual trek to Sturgis, South Dakota. Man, how things have changed. There was usually 6-10 of us pulling out on Wednesday with Steppanwolf's "Born to Be Wild" playing in our heads. Now it's 2 of us in our pickups listening to Carrie Underwood's latest hit on the satellite radio. Geez, the only thing more embarrassing would be listening to a Boy Band reunion being hosted by Dick Bartley! We haul the bikes, but the arthritis in my clutch hand is so bad I can only do short rides when I get there. Tim, my only buddy left, is taking his new trike for the first time. I've been taking a trike since 2019. I road one out in 2012, so I guess I'm really getting old. Anyway I'll have a beer for you! Oh wait, I can't do that anymore either!
