The writer had a gpi email address. If you are concerned about missing information, why don't you just ask David Spragg. He knows what they were talking about. I don't think the email was written to be used as evidence, so it doesn't lay out everything they had already been discussing.

By the way, I don't know anything about these chips, I don't particularly collect AC and I don't collect $100 chips, so I am not advocating for any particular resolution of this issue.
