~~~ the HAND PAINTED chips knowingly but, rather approved the "order" (a big difference) and, even if the regs stated what they did from day one; that does not mean they could not have been changed to be more specific after being aware what can happen with HAN PAINTED inserts.

By the way; I never accepted the term "edge spots" ( or water marks or pips ) which can mean anything unlike the term "inserts" which is defined as being "inserted" and not placed upon... a big difference...
