Before 9-11 and all the TSA and closer screening, coming back from Elko, I had hundreds of casino chips, which I rolled into nice hundreds in saran wrap, (carry on only) for the trip home. They did use the X-rays back then and they did get a closer inspection. Consider it was Casino Express Airlines and flying from Elko to Milwaukee, I think they understood.

But true, a roll of casino chips does look like something solid and round... and suspicious.
