We were very late for our dinner res.
Like 2 hours late.
I was told by the sharply dapperly dressed Host that if anything we would have to wait several hours.
I had a $20 bill in my right hand and a $50 in my left.
I smiled and looked at him, said I understand, please accept my Aloha apology from this dumb Hawaiian and reached out to shake his hand. He shook my hand and said to give him 10 minutes.
Best steak dinner ever!
