I remember Giles' Leilani club. In fact I think my date and I went there for our meal before Prom (it was at one of those Polynesian places). Boy was that a long time ago - around 1968. Brings back lots of memories.

Yes I would call it an illegal club chip. WI had tons of bars and restaurants with poker or other gambling in the back.
