The link is gone because technically, Pre-Registration is Closed. In fact, the Pre-Registered badges have already gone to the printer.

However, if there is a possibility, your friend, who MUST be a CCA Member, needs to contact the Pre-Registration Chairman, George D. at:

GeorgeD@mindspring.com and ask if time still permits registration.

They MUST do so as soon as is possible.
