Yes, many interesting stories for sure...
BTW, I consider every gambling chip to ever come out of USPC that was made for a casino, club or private use under agreement by the buyer and the manufacturer a casino chip, club chip and personal (private) chip... even if it never was sent to its destination and either walked out of the plant as pilferage or remained in the plant as a sample or whatever to one day enter someone's collection and, I do not consider any TRK chip that was made exactly like a real CASINO CHIP, that was originally made for a casino and reproduced at a later date and not intended for a casino and sold to a collector NOT a CASINO CHIP.
In short; a gambling chip made for a casino is a CASINO CHIP even if it never saw the inside of a casino so, what Dennis did tell his customers who bought any gambling chip not made for a casino was correct and not meant to deceive or defraud anyone. Thus, those chips are not COUNTERFEIT, in my opinion BUT, if casino chips were included in the HOBBY PROTECTION ACT, the reproduced chips made at a later date in the exact form as the original order described on the order cards would be considered COUNTERFEIT -- especially if not marked as required by the act.
