So these are cards put out in highly "limited editions"by a manufacturer of baseball and other sports cards...In a box of dozens of packs you might get one or 2 of these cards. There is a whole series of "old" collectable things that are, in effect, slabbed. This includes rare baseball bats which have been chopped up so that your card encapsulates a piece...I believe in the casino series there are 10-12 chips all from famous but now gone LV casinos, like the dunes.

They fetch very high prices from those collectors as you see, and no interest from any casino collectors that I can see.
