From what I have seen looking at the cards. T. R. King sold chips on the round edge and square edge plain mold (called "ACME" or "Paranoid" on the cards), but I have not seen them use the raised circle/Monarch mold.
I believe that the Monarch mold was made by Hunt and Co. (Chicago). They called it the Stackright mold in one of their early catalogs. No order card for the JHF chips in the preserved Hunt records.
T. R. King did acquire the ZigZag mold and started using it around 1968, and called it the "Noll" mold. I suspect that they mainly used it for re-orders/add-ons for ZigZag chips earlier sold by Noll/California Card Co., and made by the Burt Co. They stop using it in the early 1970s, and start using it again in the 1990s, but were then calling it the "Wreath" mold on the order cards.
