I was at Harrahs on the day that they first had table games open. The dealers had no clue. Neither did the pit bosses. I sat at the table and since I needed chips for everyone who collected from that area I plunked down $300 and told them how many of what denominations I wanted. I am not exaggerating when I say that it took them 15 minutes to get it right. I had to correct the dealer several times and even had to correct the pit boss.
