The c&s in the ChipGuide is attributed to them”International B&an”, El Paso, TX
I believe the name of the place was “The International B&S” (international Book and Stationary Co.).
The place was, among other things, a chip distributor. The chips, I believe, were intended for a Keno place in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. There were several Keno places in Juarez
There was no legal gambling in El Paso. Gamblers would cross the river to Juarez. Mexican chips were ordered from USPC through the International B&S
Name the chips the “International B&B” is like naming a chip B.C Wills.
