Not sure about Mexican casinos but most US casinos will give you 2, 3 or more slot cards if you ask. Getting blanks is hit or miss, some casinos will gladly give them out but most will not. It just never hurts to ask and they are always collectors looking for cards if you can get extras. Not to mention help with listing new found issues for the guides and the ChipGuide.
