Charging to watch them would contravene 501c3 requirements which differ from those where a 'hardcopy' is produced and you are allowed to recover your costs.
You know you don't even have to be pre-registered or even be a member of the CCA to attend them either, that is another requirement.
They are recorded every year now and a number of years are online at the club website.
I had a problem with 2019 that I am still working on. That year we had some background music playing through the convention area and of course youtube didn't like it! I have now got an editable version I can work on to sort that. 2021 I am still waiting for the files.

The years that are missing were done by an outside production company who overdubbed music on all of them which I was unable to do anything about. DVD copies are probably still available through the Promotions Officer.
