Seems to work for everyone else.

1) If I have the cookies restricted it's because every time I login it creates a new password save? But easier, I can't change because the BB sends an email to confirm and it doesn't send to Prodigy.net - probably blacklisted. So please (see #3) I'd like to change my email because when I try top register I can't get a confirmation to use my real email.

3) So maybe you should take the trouble ticket link off the BB, since it's not monitored and anyone who writes will get no answer and no support. How odd is that to have a help link and it's a dead letter box that no one reads?
