I realize it's not that much money, but if even 100 people who can't attend pitch in that small amount (I would recommend making it toward the higher end of the range) to watch the recorded sessions, it would add $500 - $2500 to the club's bottom line, provide a valuable service to the viewers who would have otherwise spent way more on airfare, hotel, meals, and entertainment, offering them a cheap way to "attend" without attending. Charging nothing might just cause a handful of people to think about NOT making the trip at all if the sessions were the big attraction for them in the first place.
Attendees could be given a unique code at no extra charge to watch the sessions when they get home, whether they attended them or not (I might miss them all due to being a dealer and needing to be at my table, for instance). Dealers could be given a handful of codes to give out to non-attending buyers as a "thank you" to customers who couldn't attend.
To prevent "borrowing" the code by others, the IP address of the first use of the code could be recorded and attributed to that code, preventing others from using/sharing the code (a la Netflix, Hulu, etc).
An alternative would be a (perhaps more expensive) live-feed option for each session and/or a package of all sessions.
